Adding a Client (Customer) is one of the most frequent tasks in your business. Now-Studio allows you to quickly create a Client by entering only four essential particulars of the Client, viz, Email ID, First Name, Mid/Last Name & Documents Signed. Other details can be added a later time.
Following are the steps to add a new customer on your account:
LOGIN > Sign in.
From the Select Account screen click Business Owner or Manager AccountType.
From the menu bar click CUSTOMERS tab to have drop down box. Select CREATE NEW CUSTOMER.
Now, enter the following mandatory details on the customer screen:
Client's Email ID.
Client’s First Name.
Client’s Last/Mid name.
(Documents Signed by customer) YES or NO.
All other fields on this screen are optional.
NOTE: To subscrible the customer to a plan, click on the plan field and select the plan for your customer. If the customer is not subscribed to any of Plans yet then you can leave this field blank. However, if the customer is subscribed to a plan then it is mandatory to provide the credit card details for this customer.Also, if the customer is subscribed to a plan which is associated with a free trial period then you have to select YES in this field otherwise select AS_PER_PLAN.
